DELIVERIES

• Any order placed on the site before 1 p.m. will be prepared and shipped no later than the day following that of the order, (except weekends and public holidays, the order will be shipped the next working day) subject to validation of payment.  ;

• For Belgium, the delivery rate is €5.00 per order. 

​

• For mainland France, Germany, the Netherlands and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the delivery rate is €8.00 per order.

• For other countries, a price will be provided to you on request.

​

• Delivery time is 3 to 8 working days.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 10 working days from the date of receipt under certain conditions:

• The item cannot have been worn.

​

• The price tag must always be attached.

​

• The direct costs of returning the item are your responsibility.

​

• For health reasons, NO RETURNS will be accepted for masks.
